General Returns

All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date of your order.

Please note we don't take returns on sample orders. Only wholesale orders can be returned.

Please send us a formal return request to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

All returned products must have an RMA number clearly marked on the package.

Products must be in their original packaging, in a new and resalable condition.

Items that have been used are non-returnable.
-
Customized, personalized, or engraved items cannot be returned.
Unopened Products
-
You may return any unopened, brand new product within 30 days of the shipping date.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

All returns require an RMA number.
Defective Products

Defective items can be returned for credit or exchange within 15 days of shipment, provided you have obtained an RMA number.

If a product is defective, please return the entire product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging.

If only part of a product is defective, the entire product must still be returned.

If these conditions are not met, a restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for defective returns.
Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on our part or the manufacturer's, we will cover the shipping costs.

For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty Conditions

The warranty is void if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered, or tampered with.

The warranty is also void if the product has been mishandled, improperly used, or defaced.
